And having signed for the Optional Admin Services offer, you will take advantage of regular backups of your entire VPS, not just of your content, without you having to set up and configure anything. Furthermore all the backups are kept on a server with multiple RAID–configured hard drives. In other words, your content will always be safe and sound, regardless of what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

When using a VPS Hosting Plan, you will have complete freedom to install any kind of script or service on your it. Still, a part of the scripts are more difficult to run and might require some additional setup on your part. This is when our Optional Admin Services offer can come in real handy. It includes half an hour of installation & problem–solving procedures – in other words you’ll be able to literally hire one of our professional server admins for 30 minutes and have him assist you with the installation of any software program whatsoever that you want. Alternatively have him rectify a trouble that you are having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Admin Services solution comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Hosting Plans and is an add–on with the KVM VPS Hosting Plans.
